The present and future workforce need as many women as it does men.
Many people are beginning to disallow a rigid definition of gender roles in domestic affairs and business with good exposure. This is a welcome development, most needed in patriarchal societies where the woman has no place except the one she is permitted to have.
While women have to voice out their dissatisfaction, the plan for Unmute is to gain even the alliance of any other gender and men in particular, in furthering this course.
At Unmute, we look for ways to get many people to contribute their voices in gender equality advocacy.
Considering that men dominate most professional careers, they are more impactful in changing the narrative for women in business. The alliance with men to help flatten the curve of gender inequality could be the only factor necessary to build a healthier system for all genders to thrive.
